Specification
KR3000 Series Connectors
To meet the needs of OEMs for high current power connectors in space-constrained applications, we have introduced the KR3000 series of connectors. This connector offers power solutions in wire-to-board configurations in a compact package with a 3.00mm pitch and current carrying capacity of up to 5 A. The KR3000 series connectors are uniquely designed for larger power connections, and their small size and high current capacity make them an indispensable part of complex systems. Its American Wire Gauge (AWG) #20 - #24 current rating of up to 5A further fulfills the needs of high power applications. Still suitable for blind mating applications, this connector is available in 2 - 12 circuit sizes for flexibility in single and double row scenarios. To ensure safety in use, the KR3000 series connectors feature konnra designed crimp latches and a special construction that effectively prevents reverse insertion by the user, thus avoiding potential damage and malfunction.
Advantages
The KR3000 series connectors are designed to meet the high current requirements of small electronic products, with the significant advantage of being able to provide a stable and efficient high power supply.
The KR3000 series connectors ensure safety in use, system protection and excellent performance through innovative bonded metal conduits and optimized multi-grounding point design. This design not only protects against fire hazards, component damage and overheating, but also reduces the risk of possible electric shock, providing users with greater peace of mind.
The KR3000 series connectors are RoHS compliant and do not contain hazardous chemicals in concentrations exceeding RoHS limits. This means that the connectors can be safely and stably processed at the high temperatures required for lead-free soldering during the manufacturing process, which not only meets environmental requirements but also ensures product reliability and durability.
In summary, the KR3000 series connectors have become an ideal choice for OEMs in space-constrained applications due to their high current capacity, compact design, safety features, and compliance with environmental standards. These connectors provide a reliable and efficient power solution for small electronic products, ensuring stable and safe operation in various complex systems.
